How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond during office hours as quickly as possible. Complex tailor-made enquiries may take a little longer because we may need to check live availability, flights or supplier pricing before replying properly.
Can you help if I do not know which destination to choose?
Absolutely. Tell us your experience, travel dates, budget and the marine life or style of diving you enjoy. We will narrow down the options and explain why particular destinations or itineraries may suit you.
Can you arrange flights and extensions?
Yes. Depending on the destination and package, we can arrange international flights, regional departures, transfers, extra nights, stopovers, land tours and resort extensions.
Do you arrange group bookings and full-boat charters?
Yes. We work with dive clubs, instructors, photographers and groups of friends. Contact us with your preferred dates, destination and approximate group size so we can discuss suitable options.
What should I do in an emergency while travelling?
Guests with an active booking should use the emergency contact information provided in their travel documents. For non-urgent matters, email the office with your booking reference.
