Are Scuba Travel holidays financially protected?
Flight-inclusive packages sold by Scuba Travel are financially protected under ATOL
number 5667. Eligible non-flight packages are protected through ABTOT membership
number 5194. The protection applying to your booking will be shown in your documents. All holidays are booked in accordance with the PTR.
How do you choose the liveaboards, resorts and dive centres you sell?
We consider the quality of the diving operation, accommodation, guides, logistics,
service and recent feedback from guests. We work with established partners and keep
products under review using current information from customers, staff and suppliers.
Can you recommend a trip for my level of experience?
Yes. Tell us your qualification, number of dives, recent experience and the type of
diving you enjoy. We will recommend suitable destinations and explain any minimum
experience requirements or conditions you should consider.
What happens if I need help while I am travelling?
Our UK team is available during office hours, and guests have access to emergency
support outside normal hours for urgent issues. We work with the relevant airline,
accommodation, liveaboard, ground handler or other supplier as appropriate.
